Ok i agree that when you lose or leave something "Anywhere, it should be returned to you, (expecially when it's your wedding ring past down from generations) maybe i'll rant about it sometime if anyone cares...that said!
you appointed yourself as the internets most posted reply's ever about your own post. so stop complaining about how buisy you are emailing, re-mailing, posting-reposting, and replying to the internet. And the phone isn't even yours. so lets hear your friends 2-cents.
just because you were with her that night means that every 4 hours you have to bragg about how many servers you took out, or just how your comnputer is doing every hour.
I am asstounded however to hear that the police aren't refering to this as a "I don't care how you came in possesion of a stolen phone, it's still not registered in your name, so your going to jail.
